Prey - An animal hunted or caught for food.
Rappel - To descend vertically from a height using a rope and (often) a device that provides friction.
Raptors - Birds that hunt other animals for food.
Salinity - The concentration of salt in water. Higher salinity water (like ocean water) is saltier than low salinity water.
Salinity Zones - Areas characterized by a particular salinity.
Scavenge - To feed on dead animals (instead of hunting or catching live animals for food). |
